the prices include:

 

  • air conditioning up to 30 kwh per week can be checked by means of a dedicated contactor for the unit;
  • water, gas, electricity use without air conditioning;
  • initial cleaning;
  • reserved car park;
  • protected bike depot with video-alarm inside the residence;
  • use of the swimming pool with 2 sunbeds reserved;
  • equipped green area;
  • children's area with sandpit, swing, pin-pong.

Arrivals:         4 p.m. / 8 p.m.    to be agreed.
Departures:   7 a.m. / 10 a.m.   to be agreed.

The confirmation of a reservation will be effective with the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount (The offers are valid for 5 days from the date of dispatch of the quote).The bill for the stay must be paid 10 days before arrival by bank transfer or credit card.
In case of cancellation of the stay: up to 45 days before arrival will be charged 30% of the cost; up to 30 days before arrival 50% of the cost will be charged; up to 15 days before arrival no refund will be made.
At the arrival it’s required to pay an additional deposit of 200€ which will be entirely returned at the departure if the flat will be left without damages.
The reservation deposit payment leads the total acceptance of booking conditions.

Extra- compulsory costs:

  • Final cleaning of € 80,00 pro apartment; kitchen area must be left tidy and garbage disposed of by the guest. 
  • The management reserves the right to apply a surcharge for the presence of the dog in the apartment and for extraordinary cleaning in case the apartments are left particularly dirty.
  • City tax € 1,00 per person from 15 years old from marz to september included - € 0,50 from  october to february.
  • On request bed and bath linen € 13,00 per person.
